Lotus Leaf

Contentment is a funny thing
It makes poor men rich
And the beggars sing
And though some would see it low
How are we to know
What in life are important things

See the lotus leaf float peacefully
In a plush palace pond so dreamilly
And who would ever look with scorn
At beauty plain with no adorn
